Inggris Utara (bahasa Inggris: Northern England, North of England, the North), adalah bagian utara Inggris yang dianggap sebagai salah satu daerah budaya. Bagian ini membentang dari perbatasan Skotlandia di utara ke dekat Sungai Trent di selatan, meskipun definisi yang tepat dari sisi selatan bervariasi. Inggris Utara kira-kira terdiri dari tiga wilayah statistik, yakni: North East, North West and Yorkshire and the Humber. Bagian ini memiliki populasi gabungan sekitar 14,9 juta menurut sensus pada tahun 2011 dan memiliki luas daerah 37,331 km2 (14,414 sq mi).
